About Us

Schneider’s Outstanding Services, LLC started as the idea of a young, driven mechanic who saw the need for a flexible, capable, friendly Heavy Diesel shop. Patrick Schneider started his dream as a mobile service, operating with just his pickup, tools and his know how.  Patrick learned from the best, having achieved certifications from Freightliner, Isuzu, Cummins, Caterpillar, Western Star and other major heavy truck brands. In 2017, he established his onsite business at 7840 Wellingford Dr in Manassas, operating several bays and mobile service. Patrick has expanded his talent to include two outstanding technicians, Matt and Pete and between the three of them, they offer the most OUTSTANDING SERVICES in the area. 

We are members of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, and a Virginia V3 certified employer in Virginia. We very strongly support veterans, military spouses and families.

Come check out our new shop at 8000 Wellingford Drive. It’s just down the street from our previous location, twice the size, so we can better handle more customers.  

Schneider's Outstanding Services Technicians

Patrick

Patrick – Owner, lead Technician.

Patrick started in this industry in high school and has continued growing his knowledge and experience ever since.  He worked at a variety of shops until 2017, when he quit his job at a dealership to run Schneider’s Outstanding Services full time.
 
Patrick gets called by many other shops and mechanics when they need help with a difficult or “hard to fix” truck. His attention to detail and passion for the industry has helped him obtain a high level of diagnostic knowledge, and his varied background allows him to fix a huge range of trucks and machinery.
 
Patrick is also an accomplished fabricator and welder, with additional experience in the brewing, restaurant and residential construction industries, and  creates  decorative metal items in addition to heavy equipment repair. 
 
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, taking care of rescued farm animals, and working out. 

Matt

Matt – Senior Diesel Technician.  Isuzu Master Technician.

Matt started his career as a mechanic at a young age – stemming from working on his racing dirt bikes and branching out into other small engines such as lawn mowers and 4wheelers.  From small engines, he moved onto heavy duty truck repair as a junior in high school, working as an apprentice and learning diagnostics.  He started working at a dealership in 2006, receiving full factory training on freightliners, Mitsubishi fuso, Cummins, Detroit Diesel and Mercedes Benz.  During this time he specialized in heavy diagnostics and wiring repairs.  At his next dealership, he received full factory certification on Isuzu engines and trucks.  That led to him participating in Isuzu North America Grand Prix (a national competition held by Isuzu where select mechanics are chosen) – and Matt placed 5th!

He has been a valued member of Schneider’s Outstanding Services since 2020, where he has continued all make and model diagnostics and repairs.  He assists in maintenance with several large fleets and excels in wiring diagnostic and troubleshooting.

Matt provides excellent customer service, troubleshooting knowledge, and attention to detail when he is working on a job.  When he’s not at work you can find him riding motorcycles, grilling out and cooking, and gardening!
