Thorough inspections along with PM overhaul of wiring, lighting and major electric systems is critical to avoid that downtime.

We inspect for and repair Battery charging issues; Lighting failures; Starter disengagement; Engine diagnostic trouble codes; Trailer electrical faults; Intermittent sensor codes; Accessory failures; Electrical fires; Parasitic battery drains; Faulty switches, gauges; and we’ll expertly repair those other guys’ amateur fixes.

Typically, we’ll Test alternator output and connections. Replace alternator if faulty. Check ground wiring; Inspect wiring shorts or damage. Replace bulbs/fixtures. Verify proper voltage at lights; Check battery state of charge and connections. Verify starter wiring, solenoid or pinion engagement; Pull DTCs. Check sensors, wiring grounds/shorts per code guides. Address loose connections; Inspect 7-way plug and cable. Test for shorts. Verify proper grounding and harness continuity; Check connectors for corrosion (moisture ingress common). Clean/replace. Ensure quality grounds; Check fuses, relays, wiring to accessories like cameras, inverters, entertainment systems; Address any loose wiring allowing shorts. Check condition of wiring insulation. Apply dielectric grease; Conduct parasitic draw test. Address any accessories still powered when ignition off; Test/replace gauge sensor units, stepper motors. Check switch contacts and ground connections.
